Looks amazing man. Had some of that a few weeks ago from my butcher. Was delicious. Enjoy!

Does look great.  I loved eating those.
Tough for someone who likes it super rare, but the fat actually still tastes good.

Take your time with the Wagyu. The best beef I ever had was in Japan and mot often they cook it on flat top nice and slowly, cooking all sides while giving the fat a chance to melt.  And they trim a piece of the fat off which is melted and used to cook the steak. That bad boy had to be close to $200.

Not sure this qualifies as “food”. But went to an old candy shop on the Lower East Side today and saw boxes of candy cigarettes. I didn’t think they still made these. Who remembers blowing fake smoke rings with the white chalky residue from these sticks?

^Definitely remember those.  What a blast from the past.  I'm shocked they still make them quite honestly.

Hahaha. First time I used GoPuff, and was using it appropriately, these were on there and I bought a bunch. Along with a bunch of other nonsense

You guys inspired me for steak tonight.

Tomahawk, crab cake (for the wife, plus some steak), asparagus and roasted baby potatoes.

    Steak for me tonight, too.

I wish I had some crab cakes, but I'll settle for a Bake potato.

Little shrimp on the Grill to start.  Followed by clams, then fresh flounder and homemade sweet potato fries.
