    I know but you know what it’s about how you choose to ride this out I’ ve chosen to not socialize, everyday I follow my routine and weekends I just head to the beach to be with the wife in my own space haven’t been out to dinner or any eating out at all since last year , I know who I’m in contact at all times..

    An article I just read on the CBC states "When the pandemic struck Russia, Putin ordered state officials to shorten the time of clinical trials for potential coronavirus vaccines", so likely either they skipped Stage 3 trials or abbreviated it.

    I think they're in the final stage of trails, but haven't completed them yet, which means the vaccine shouldn't be approved.

    Nobody here is saying it's a miracle cure. I'm saying that it might alleviate symptoms for some people, and it wouldn't hurt for a doctor and their patient to at least take a look at it if nothing else is working.
    If it’s an effective treatment though, why did the United Kingdom suspend their research of it claiming it was not an effective treatment?
    When I say it “might” alleviate symptoms for “some” people, that also implies it “might not.” I guess the UK feels the latter if they’ve suspended research. 
    the problem is that it exacerbates comorbidities such as heart disease and diabetes, which many older patients have. also research shows that it is contraindicated for people with compromised immune system. nobody is going to use this medication if it jeopardizes patient health. this is why they do efficacy AND  safety studies.

    any doctor giving this to someone with comorbidities "just to see if it will help" should lose their license.

    Supposedly people are rooting for it to fail because Trump vouched for it.

    That multiple studies done both domestically and abroad have determined it's ineffective in treating the coronavirus is irrelevant; it's all a big conspiracy against Trump in which doctors and scientists worldwide are withholding this treatment because they would rather let people die than use an effective treatment simply because Trump recommended it.

    Nah, I don't need a vaccine for this man made disease that only has serious effects for the sickly and very old.  I'm good.  I do my part and wear a mask in public.  Thanks for checking in.
