    the amount of time and energy committed to the phone calls are interesting... but having zero confidence in my wifi or cell service is super frustration. yet getting to listen to pj radio is an awesome consolation at least. you all are true fans on this thread

    Getting #21 is awful, I'd rather not get through.  Although, I did gett through the first FF and was on hold.  Was still on hold and heard Rob say, I think we have a winner"....thought it was me but he started talking to the guy from Texas as I sat there listening to them talk.  Still wonder why nobody picked up and just said I didn't win.  That one hurt too!

    I got through late enough I thought I had a chance, to hear the voice say #21 please call again was heartbreaking

    Still silence and nothing even off WiFi 

    I don’t get it I really don’t... the silence lasts forever then I get the call cannot be completed

    Yeah, I remember you from that. Painful!  I think they fixed the glitch, we haven’t seen any more of that issue in a while.

    I was calling on my cell & landline and my dogs were going nuts. I'm SCREAMING at them to STFU and finally go see what they're barking at - a woman is at my front door at the wrong house, looking to pick up a dollhouse! She obviously heard me screaming from the other room. Ooops

    It's all good, would love to get in (although logistics having 4 kids in school will be messy), but if not, I still have GA to Toronto and STL, so it's still a good spring.

    My theory is that if you get the hold music and are hung up on you were likely callers 23, 24, 25 or so.   They take caller 22 and if for some reason they are ineligible they take the next one until the have a verified winner.  I think that time you could hear the other person winning was a mistake and somehow those alternate spots were able to hear everything.
