Thats pretty specific for a rumor. I'm guessing IF it's true then that probably eliminates nyc and philly on the fall tour. I'm guessing if this fall tour is just another 12ish date run then it's most likely we get another leg of dates in 2021 as well. Another option could be they include philly on this sept. swing but announce sea hear now a couple months before announcing philly so there is no competition there selling tickets. All indications are sea hear now will be announced very soon.
last month, my one friend who has ZERO interest in Pearl Jam and has no reason to make this up, but is involved with the Sea.Hear.Now fest and is linked with many folks in Asbury Park
He texted me saying “hey man, just a heads up but Pearl Jam is gonna be at Sea.Hear.Now on the Sunday night headlining spot”
I can’t remember the last gig where so many people have heard about PJ appearing from different sources0 -

I live 4 minute walk to main stage and haven't heard squat about Pearl jam playing yet. I am going regardless as it gives me a chance to get into bands I may have not heard of before, for example Rayland Baxter, Marcus King, Langhorne Slim, St Paul, to name a few. Have seen all of these bands now outside of the festival too.I used to be MILKwasAbadChoice...Now I am just FW46778...a math teacher in jersey0

Don't all Philadelphia Sports Complex venues use ComcastTix, not TicketMaster. I wonder if Philly will even get a gig this tour.0

I'm still not sure how they handle the PNW. I'm assuming they might want to play Key Arena when it reopens from it's massive reno's next year. Odd's of them playing Seattle in two consecutive years seems slim (but not impossible, they did play the gorge back to back in 05/06).
Would they skip seattle until a leg next year? If they didn't. Is the tour going to be early enough in the year to do the gorge? If there's no Seattle, would they still do Vancouver?
Seattle is usually the lychpin in a PNW tour, but hey did play Vancouver/Edmonton/Calgary in 2011 without a Seattle date... I guess anything is possible.0 -
Whatever Atlanta did to tick off Pearl Jam......we truly repent (1 Arena show in 2003, 1 Festival in 2012). We would love to have them back.0
-
If they are playing Sea Hear Now on a Sunday, it makes sense that would play another one-off show on Saturday. Hartford? Another festival?

I would say definately not. I don't see back to back shows in different cities anymore0

Maybe Winnipeg, Grand Forks, Fargo, Sioux Falls and MSP. Perfect line right there. And yeah, I'm dreaming...0 -
Hoping Minnesota is somewhere in the mix.
Lord knows there's a strong MN contingency on the board.Post edited by evenflow82 onI've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.
