  • I posted them but they are not showing up yet. They are in Section 4.
  • I have been trying to post two Hamilton seats in section 110 since the F2F went live yesterday and each time there seems to be an issue to prevent them from going up. Now the F2F in Canada has been down for the last few hours.

The solution is give a 60 second window to complete the transaction once tickets are in your cart. That would cover 99% of the issues, complaining, etc.  TM does that on regular sales and should also do it for fan to fan.

So I was charged $369 CAD for a pair of tickets this morning. I did not even notice until someone else mentioned the issue and now its shut down. Do I really need to call them and wait an hour for them to fix this?

Jesus Lord. At what point do you just make plans and stick to them?

At what point do you just stop being a dick? It was a simple question and didn't deserve that kind of response. Sometimes real life gets in the way of what you want to do.

The point someone else made is prob right, that they used the sports resale template for this and most games don't have this kind of frantic grabbing so a cart hold time isn't necessary.  If they are going to use this for concerts going forward, this needs to be fixed.

The answer is yes. You can relist and sell the tickets yourself.

Someone on FB noted they talked to TM about the selling the Canadian shows and that extra fees would be refunded..and that TM would send an email. Who knows though :)

Trying to sell my Oakland 1 seats because I have GA but it won’t let me choose a card to put the money back onto.  Tried deleting the card and re entering but there’s not a button to submit it

Man, this whole F2F option is going to be nerve racking to say the least. Popped on this morning and noticed tickets in section 101 row 5 for Oakland night one and once I attempted to get them they were gone.
