    Did accept then reject only come for ppl who put in for more than one show today?

    Confirmation of tickets around 12:30. Email at 7:30 saying no tickets. 2 separate “receipt” numbers. This is getting crazy.

    Same here, but I had it 3rd. I have to think these emails are glitches. 

    There has to be a statement or something coming soon to address this.

    Just happened to me too! Gotta be a glitch somewhere. StL was my top choice. BA

    If all these errors and everything in this thread is true, 10c and tm should partner up and give everyone who requested tickets a pair regardless if they got declined due to an error or not. Give everyone who put in a request a set timeline to pay for the tickets

    Also got confirmation at 1pm est and then got rejection email at 7:30pm. Card still shows charges.  Had it at BA 2and priority.

    My brother got the same rejection after the email saying he scored. Gotta be a glitch.

    Same here. Got the early afternoon confirmation, pending charge on my card, then at 8:17, got a STL rejection, then at 8:18, my Baltimore rejection. I emailed support. Will post when I get a reply.

    I was confirmed St. Louis at 2:30. Just got email saying I don’t have tickets. I was charged at 2:30 and still have the charge. Now I’m worried about my Nashville confirmation!

    what is going on? Surely it’s a mistake right?

    Did we see any rejection letters for St. Louis before this reversal? Anyone get rejected who didn’t receive the confirmation hours prior?

    I received the confirmation and then denial as well.  My question is, did everyone that was confirmed and then denied request “best available”?  My thought is that seeing a  confirmation with 1 receipt # and totally different receipt # on the cancellation is that this an error with TM possibly sending the wrong batch email to people who were denied GA, but got reserved under the BA draw

    I requested reserved seating only for St. Louis and got the confirmation then denial.

    I was BA St. Louis. So far no crazy email on my nashville.

    The only thing I can think of is I did have to edit my ticket choices during the lottery window. I changed up to two instead of one ticket. 

    Is this rejection left left over from my initial order that should have been wiped out anyway?

    I was all done freaking out for the day, and now I’m right back to it. Customer service doesn’t open until tomorrow.

    Same dealio - confirmations at 12:48 PM for Nashville and STL. 7:23 PM denial of STL. Both still pending with AMEX.
    Seriously, I made 16 trips in 2019 to STL for Immunotherapy for my cancer and lived there for 27 days as well. Seriously, I thought STL was finally going to be a source of joy for me in 2020. #CrapOnACracker #InternRunningTheShow
