Got confirmed for STL then unconfirmed

Anyone else receive 2 emails? One earlier today saying I got tickets and my card had been charged. Then just received another email saying unfortunately I did not get tix!

freaking out. Anyone else get this?

    I'm in the same boat, I've got an email over to the support address so we'll see what they say.

    Same thing happened to me. My card was charged so I’m assuming it’s because I put in for best available and the rejection is for GA.

    Same issue here. Two emails at 1:17 saying I won for Nashville and St Louis. One email at 7:20 saying denied for St Louis.

    I just got the same email for STL.  Confirmation email at 1:25 EST and then this denial email at 7:50 EST.

    I'd think that, but I only did reserved personally. StL was my second choice after Nashville.

    Same thing.  I had STL Reserved as my number one choice. Nashville Reserved was my second.

    Same thing here. I got both Oakland shows yesterday, only the "winner" email for those. Got both Nashville and STL "winner" emails earlier today, but now a "sorry" email for STL. I did best available for all selections

    Between this and people not getting St. Louis even though it was 99%, I’m convinced the St Louis drawing was completely messed up

    I just got a second email saying I did not get tickets for St. Louis. 
    Earlier today I got an email stating I had tickets and my card was charged.
    then at 7:26 eastern time I got a second email saying I did not have tickets. From the email - Club and Ticketmaster have worked closely to ensure the fan club ticket request process is consistent with past Ten Club presales.

    After running the ticket request process, unfortunately, due to demand, we were unable to fulfill your ticket request 

    I had already bought airline tickets. I did not see a credit added to my credit card. 
    I hope I still have tickets for Nashville

    I'm in the same boat for St. Louis. I think this is an accident and a system error bc I still have the charges on my card.

    Just had this happen for St. Louis. Was my #1, BA.  Confirmed email came earlier and charges still pemding. Also got #2 Nashville earlier and no rejection email later yet.

    Same here.  Won BA for STL at 1 pm; just received denial.  Card payment from 1 pm is still there.  Hopefully just a glitch.

    Same thing here. Was my #2 but was the first confirmation I got, followed a few mins later by confirmation for Nashville.

    No refund on the tickets from the rejected at Louis tickets yet. 
    I got the notification I got tickets for Nashville and then st Luis. My credit card was charge two seperate times earlier today. Once for the Nashville tickets and then for at Louis tickets. 
    Then I got the “no tickets for you “ email regarding St. Louis. No st Luis Refund yet on my card.

    If these are bogus emails, the band should have to do a meet and greet to help with our pain and suffering.

    All sales are final. Everyone should enter a class action if they start issuing refunds. Hopefully it’s  just a glitch.

    had it Best Available in Priority 4

    Always thought 99% meant it was a lock for tickets but doesn’t seem to have made it past priority #2
