Similar situation here. First choice Nashville reserved. Second choice St. Louis reserved. Card charged for both this afternoon. Have only received one e-mail, and it was a rejection for St. Louis this evening. No e-mails for Nashville. What a cluster f*ck. Extremely disappointing. Ten Club member for 25 years. Have always scored tickets and have never seen it this disorganized. Colossal fail thus far in my opinion.

That's what I thought.  With all of these threads I cant for the life of me find the graphic someone made with the odds right before the request period closed.

Happened to me too. Emails confirming Nashville and St. Louis along with charges on my credit card. I bought airline tickets based on this information only to receive an email six hours later saying I didn’t have tickets for Nashville.

This is a fiasco. People getting confirmed, then unconfirmed, 10C not telling us how "Best Available" wold even be drawn, people not getting tix to shows with 99% odds, people getting their third priority over people who selected the same show as their number two (both w/ BA ticket preference).

I appreciate that some just assume it's user error with credit cards or mismatched accounts, but I'm inclined to blame 10C/TM. No way were there hundreds of people mistyping their credit card numbers.

Add me to the list of “confused”. Got stl and Nashville confirmations around 1:30 today and then the middle finger email for St. Louis six-ish hours later. With both charges still showing on my Amex. Hmm.

If in fact this isn’t a glitch in emails, TM can easily fix this. They obviously have a lot more tickets with the VF and public sale coming up. Give people tickets who you took money from. I don’t see how they could sell a ticket, refund you then turn around and sell it again.
if that isn’t the case maybe it’s time for another TM boycott.

Sorry Ticketmaster, the rules clearly state “all sales final, no refunds.” So give us our tickets

Majority of the fans are in fan club for tickets. Since 10 c offers little to nothing anymore to fans. Teaming up with t m was a mistake. I assume they joined up with t m to be able get more tickets for fans. How did that work out? Just hoping the emails are an error

    THIS ⬆️
  • Same thing happened to me.
    Nashville BA 1st priority won
St Louis Reserved 2nd priority won

hours later got an email that said I lost St Louis.

Charges still showing on my card, but thing is reversals don’t happen right away. Could be Tuesday before pending charges fall off. I am inclined to believe this is an error and everyone is still getting tickets, but who knows.

I agree.  Look at your winning email receipt and rejection email receipt numbers, they are different.  For me, the rejection receipt matches the number with my confirmation email when I entered the lottery earlier this week.  The "winning" emails I received today each had a different receipt number.  (I entered 1. STL BA and 2. Nash BA).

    This is insane.
What sucks on top of all of this is the reserved seating odds were 99% for Nashville and  St. Louis. Everyone who did best available or reserved should have tickets...any other result doesn’t makes sense.
