    Just got an email confirming the second email was an error...if you were confirmed the first time, you got your tickets

    Yup. It’s especially annoying cause we all know Ticketmaster is kinda shady so you expect the worst! Got the follow email to the follow up email. Seems I’m good now. But I won’t feel good about it before I get in the arena now ;)

    Something happened yesterday (Saturday 1/18)...I put in for MSG GA and Reserved. I never received an email (as of now and it’s 6am Sunday morning) but got charged. I’m assuming I have tickets?
    i was going to email support, but will be patient and wait it out today. I’m sure they’re working on it

    I signed up for the St. Louis show, and haven't received an email stating whether I got tickets for the show or not. Meanwhile, I've received an email stating I got my tickets for the Nashville show. Strange. Just wanna know one way or another!
