See you all there! I went last time they played the Hammer as well. The pre party was a blast! Still haven't booked a hotel. The Sheraton (which is basically attached to the arena is full, but looks like everything else nearby is available at normalish rates. Where y'all staying at?
First time coming to the area! What is this pre party you speak of?
I just booked Staybridge suites. 5 minute walk to the arena, 10 minute stumble back. Around $180 USD.
Great hotel, only opened about 3 years ago and is only a couple of blocks from the venue
Thanks for the info. Now my next step is to find a bar or 3 between the hotel and venue. Hahaha

Well, last time I was there for a PJ show was 2011. At that time there was a bar in the mall, right by the Arena. It was jammed with 10 clubbers and had great atmosphere. People were giving away souvenirs, everyone was super friendly and the beers weren't so bad either.

If I roll into Hamilton around 3pm for check in, and try to park near the conference center, which is near the venue, should I be ok? Or should I take the free parking at the admiral and hoof it further?

If I roll into Hamilton around 3pm for check in, and try to park near the conference center, which is near the venue, should I be ok? Or should I take the free parking at the admiral and hoof it further?
I am staying there and as far as I can tell its only $8 a day with in and out privileges. Not a bad value for being closer imo. Also I am curious if our car does not move do we get a day free? I might go for a double BigMac combo is so!

D-rod would be the guy to ask like you did but looking at hotels now they are more expensive than when I booked a week ago so I have to leave it now. Also do not plan on driving around so if you are in the lot on the day of the show I am sure you would be fine.
Can't wait!! Copps is a 15-minute drive from home so no need for a hotel

Thanks for your offer. Driving up from Buffalo, then back home after the show. What's the parking situation for the arena, and any hidden parking gems that'll get us on our way a little quicker? Expect to arrive in town around 6:00-6:30, depending on traffic and weather.
