Those Colt fans at that game were disgusting. He does not owe anyone an explanation. Luck should be commended for putting health over a career in the NFL, a league in which its own commissioner does not even support the players in the league...Give Peas A Chance…0

He certainly didn’t deserve some triumphant exit. If he’s not in it then he’s not in it, so good for him for making the decision he thinks is best, but the butthurt over a a few fans booing about the most shocking news that can happen within the sports world has been ridiculous.0 -

There is no comparison that makes sense here.Remember the Thomas Nine !! (10/02/2018)

There is no comparison that makes sense here.Tiger couldn't sit without pain. Had to be helped out of bed. He fought through it all to win a major in the most competitive time the sport has ever seen where there is little to no margin for error. He didn't give up. Sure, it is easier when you know that no one is going to tackle you.
Andrew Luck is retiring because he doesn't want to put in the time to rehab a weird ankle injury. I find it difficult to believe he couldn't have come back from this ankle issue to play next year. I'm not a doctor though. He's a smart guy that would rather do something else now. He has money that other players didn't and so they had to keep going. I don't think he is scared of getting hit by a linebacker. He just didn't have the drive like a Tiger, a Favre, a Peyton, a Brady, etc... to keep going after injuries. I think if you get paid millions there is more expected of you. "Sorry, you are going to have a knee replacement when you are 43 years old. Enjoy your recovery time on the yacht."

Andrew is not realizing that it isn’t about how fast you get there. It isn’t about what is waiting on the other side.0

Calf strains are no joke, apparently.
It sucks he did it right before the season starts but can’t blame him for choosing health over a paycheck..0
