Fire Kapler. Enough of his Oompa Loompa tan and ridiculous lineups.  You can’t lose to the freaking marlins as much as this team has. Unnacepptable

Worst loss of the season? Worst loss of the season.
Taking into consideration where we are in the season, what the playoff race looks like, who the opponent was, and how the game unfolded....that might have been the worst regular-season baseball loss I’ve ever seen.

Spent Saturday at some friend's house in the suburbs, pool and all.  Was like, I can get used to this space and all.  Then yesterday was a glorious day and took a stroll to the Italian market, ate some amazing tacos, stopped by a farmers market and was like yeeeeah, until we absolutely need the space, this is the reason to live where we do.

Yeah, I feel that way when we go in and bop around in the city, sometimes.
However, having lived all around I find the relative quiet of the suburbs, along with the space, is better for us.  Back yard/pool/space is a sanctuary.
Can totally understand how people prefer one to the other, or prefer one to the other based on what is going on with life/kids/work/family/etc at various points in their lives.
Walking to the Italian Market is something I would like to do, and would do a lot, if I lived nearby.  Enjoy it!

And I believe you have a bigger and older family than we do.  We'll definitely be out of the city in the next few years.  Was just such a two different worlds weekend.  Like yeeah, this is nice, and then it was this is what we really love and will miss.  South Philly is an awesome place.

I have been getting a bit stir crazy and feeling like we're running out of space in a hurry.  The shore this year has definitely helped though. I wouldn't be able to be in the city every weekend with the little one mobile now.

Also, caught part of an interview with that Jon Dorenbos dude on MMR this morning and holy crap does he have a story. Apparently his dad murdered his mother when he was 12. Read an article or two and it is all pretty crazy. He has book coming out that I may have to read.

Can someone explain what analytics tells Kapler to lead off a guy hitting .230 and has sucked since April? I’d love to see those charts

I hope on sheer principle Rodriguez gets vehemently booed every time he plays here, regardless of the uniform he wears.
