Hey how about those 2 missing Ten Club singles!

If this really chaps your ass, your only recourse is to stop spending money. Don't re-up your membership, stop buying merch, don't buy tickets, etc. Some or all of that depending on how frustrated you are. I suppose you could also try to get third parties involved but that seems disproportionately spiteful and a complete waste of time.
I get being annoyed with the situation, but lashing out with insults while continuing to buy stuff is particularly obnoxious.

Dead Man Walking said:I said it once, I'll say it again. Treat the two missing singles like a double 7' like the 1995 one. On one you can put two Avocado outtakes on it (Cold Confessions / Let It Ride), and on the other you can put two Binaural outtakes on it (Anything In Between / Paralyzed).
Throw some alternative artwork together that pays homage to the original album artwork and bam. Problem solved.
sounds like a plan! love that on VHamilton 9-13-05; Toronto 5-9-06, Toronto 8-21-09, Toronto 9-12-11, Hamilton 9-15-11....0 -

I think for many there is a fear of not renewing and then not ever getting what was owed to them. Additionally many likely enjoy the ability to post here and access to tickets and just want what they already paid for long ago. Others it's FOMO, fear of missing out.
It's not a big deal to me (the $), but it kinda sucks to have the band and fan club be so flippant about it. When you take the extra $20-30 from each analog subscription...that adds up to a nice amount of $ that they have collected. For me, I care less about getting the singles as I do about the band and fan club I love treating it's members with respect. It's awfully shady, and not something I ever expected here. And I'm surprised that anyone would think this is the customers' fault and that they are the ones who have to check their behavior.

count dollars, reduce your amounts to account for the tshirts we received.
Most people here I think voice their concerns respectfully. But there is a loud minority calling them greedy or spoiled rich rock stars or whatever. I'll go back and pull out direct quotes if we need to. I'm saying being owed a couple 7 inches doesn't grant someone license to vomit out angry shit without someone saying "hey you don't have to be an asshole about it." Maybe you disagree and say all bets are off. I think that sucks but it's a free country.
If someone is attracted to the tickets or feeding their FOMO, guess what - they still find value! All the more reason to conduct yourself with a little dignity since you're stil choosing to be part of the ride.0 -

The 2019 Deep would include eligiblity for anyone who renews or signs up on the last day of the year. It shouldn't even be expected until January 2020.___________________________________________

They know what they're doing when doing a million other things for X years instead of honouring their obligation which they have taken money for.

If you can't be unabashedly enthusiastic about a rock and roll band, then what's the point? If you're mad about a business transaction, then fight back as a consumer with your dollar.
If your only plan is to keep buying more shit while posting angry screeds on their message board, it doesn't make you woke. It makes you a lunatic.0 -
The response isn’t to fight back with our dollar. That does jack. It’s simply getting what you are owed.Pittsburgh 2013

E.g. I don't have to think Lick it Up and Hot in the Shade are good albums, and I can think that Gene is obnoxious and that the ticket prices for the final tour is a rip off, and still be a fan.
Your post reminds me more of that distant relative who got entangled into Jehovah's Witnesses for a while.
Being a fan of a rock band does not strip you from having common sense. If it does, then maybe some of that "wokeness" is in order.
"Fight as a consumer with your dollar". This is a monopoly. And a relationship built on other values than pure capitalism. This is not Walmart.Post edited by Spiritual_Chaos on"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0 -

IMO, because they didn't promise a date, they could easily say "it's always been the case that the record has been delivered when it's ready and this is no different" and the plaintiff wouldn't have much to stand on.0 -

Good - "I love this band, but ticket prices have gotten way out of control. Pains me to say it, but I have to sit this one out."
Bad - "Gene is a greedy piece of shit who exists solely to piss on his fans at this point."
If you agree with me, great! We're essentially saying the same thing but bickering. If you think the second one sounds reasonable and is the mark of an enlightened fan, refer to my previous posts for my opinion of that.0 -

At some point its just shouting into the void.
10c knows they are late and that people want it. I guess IDK what constantly bringing it up will do. Seeing as the 5 people who do make the choice aren't on or monitor this board.
But yeah, if you hate how all this is going, by not buying PJ merch or tickets going forward, thats the best way to show them how displeased you are.
