    It's from the SDNY (Southern District of New York) not from the Feds, so no, the President cannot pardon someone who is charged by a state.
    Yes he can be pardoned but only on federal charges not state, remai

    I don't think that it would be a good look to most people for Trump to pardon a convicted pedophile.  I could be wrong though. I thought Hillary was going to win.

    Seeing Trump's recent bitches about Fox News makes me wonder...are we starting down the path toward state news?  That's often considered a key element of fascism, one I've always assumed the Trump Administration would have the luxury of being able to skip, thanks to the existence of Fox News.

    Well, he pled not guilty in court today (despite overwhelming evidence) so he isn't on the road to pardon just yet.
