    Congress needs to be aware of this, the Treasury should look here, the FBI should investigate that, and so on...

    Don't get me wrong.  I'm a little skeptical too.  I wanted to see the whole report, unredacted, yesterday.

    However, it's looking more and more like quite a few members of Congress are getting wrapped up in this investigation.  

    I don't want Nunes, turtle, et al, to see the report either.  At least not until it's entered as evidence in their respective trials.

    Mueller wrote in his report that the investigation was hampered by repeated lying by witnesses and lack of cooperation by the President, esp in his lack of candor in his written answers (30 I don't recall as answers) and he needed to meet with Trump but that was not allowed by his lawyers and Mueller decided that it would take too long to fight subpoenas through the courts - it would considerably delay the report. So there were many important questions that were never answered leaving Mueller without Trump's answers in person which, as is evidenced by our communication on social media, is a much better way to assess information, truthfulness and intonation. 

    They also refused to answer written questions about conspiracy (collusion is not a legal term). 

    So he laid out what he had and believed it was going to Congress. He did not direct Barr to make a decision, nor was it appropriate for Barr to do so. 

    This is the second lie that Barr spun in his news conference this morning - the White House was fully cooperative.
