And the bulk of that bombardment is coming from the Republican administration. So I cannot take seriously any outrage by Republicans for statements or actions made by individual Democrats. There is no comparison to the horrible stuff that is constantly being spewed.

well, I think your analogy is flawed. in my opinion, as mrussell stated, we should all act as a collective, not as separate team. acting as opposing teams isn't working. looking down our noses at another group, saying "well I'll start improving when they get to my level" achieves nothing, especially when each group believes they are above the other. it isn't going to improve said group (ever told a person in a rage to calm down?). set common goals and strive to achieve them as a collective at the same time as setting individual goals to set an example.Halifax2TheMax said:

I’m happy to be part of the problem as it relates to the other side. Their talking heads preach to the choir while they refuse to hold theirs to any semblance of accountability. You are completely missing the point, or just don't want to acknowledge it. No one is saying the Dems are as 'bad' as Republicans in this sense. But there are humans on both sides of the aisle that are terrible, terrible people. If you want me to name some on the liberal side, it would be pretty easy. Plus, liberal groups have picked up on the right wing strategy of publishing lies on memes and on facebook. Just last week there was the fake Trump report card.
