I mentioned the letter just to suggest that those who actually work with Trump think he could qualify under the 25th amendment (I believe the letter did say multiple people felt this). But again, that statement in that letter is backed by by oodles of observable behaviour, both public and private, suggesting it would indeed be a legit option if only anyone had the guts. That said, I also have a bad feeling that Mueller isn't going to have anything that could take Trump down. At least as far as Russian interference in the election goes. His business ties there may be a different story though.
