Jiffy Park is definitely the name of the lot, and I wanna say that he tries to give George a t-shirt as a consolation? I think I'm wrong about that. But later Kramer is wearing one when he can't get to his car either so maybe..
No you got it!  The guy offers George the shirts, to which Kramer lunges for immediately.

    The Met. Magnificent facilities!
Wrong! (Well, maybe. That address might be midtown, I don't know. But George actually specifically says what the "best bathroom in midtown" is, and the name of the company where that bathroom resides is what I'm looking for :) ).
I'm either thinking of the wrong episode or he mentions The Met in the same scene that you're talking about in addition to the best bathroom in midtown.

On a side-bar, in the reunion that took place during season 7 of Curb Your Enthuisasm, George had become rich by creating an app called the iToilet...that locates the nearest bathroom. That'd actually be a great idea! Someone should seek Larry David's permission and create it.
You are thinking of the wrong episode. ;)

Yes, that is a great idea for an app - I'd actually pay for it!
Just bumping this - still looking for the answer. :)

Give one. No problems there. Just don’t look up answers you don’t know. Honor system. Then again, it’s not a lie if you believe it.

Q: What was the name of the company that George says has the best bathroom in midtown?
Hint: It drove a wedge into Jerry and Kramer's relationship.

Perfect hint! I first thought of Jerry and Kramer's falling out over Kramer abusing the privilege of having Jerry's apartment keys, but that had nothing to do with bathrooms. But the time Kramer works for Brandt-Leyland and it jeopardizes his and Jerry's "marriage," George does accompany Kramer to Brandt-Leyland, and Kramer does use the bathroom. So although I don't recall George talking up the bathrooms at Brandt-Leyland, I'm going to go with that because there's where your hint led me.

    That is correct. :)
What happens is the show begins with George, Kramer, and Jerry walking into Brandt-Leland, with George declaring that the place has the best bathroom in midtown. That is why Kramer used the washroom there - he had to go and George took him there, lol. Then when Kramer came out of the washroom, he got swept into a staff meeting and decided to just join the team.... I don't quite recall what happened to Jerry and George though. They must have left the building without Kramer at that point, but I can't remember what made them leave without him.

  • I think George was about to use his widower story on the receptionist, but he didn't think it would work and then he and Jerry just leave. Later though, George comes back with a picture of Man-Hands, and gets let into the forbidden city.

George's dad is the third. It was a different actor in the character's first appearance (The Handicap Spot) but he was replaced by Jerry Stiller. They then reshot that Handicap Spot episode with Jerry Stiller for syndication. The original version with the original actor is on the DVD set.

Edit: Technically, Newman can count for this too. He was first voiced by Larry David (threatening to jump off the roof) but once Wayne Knight came aboard, they re-recorded the dialogue with Knight doing the voice for syndication.

Edit: Technically, Newman can count for this too. He was first voiced by Larry David (threatening to jump off the roof) but once Wayne Knight came aboard, they re-recorded the dialogue with Knight doing the voice for syndication.
Ah. So I've never watched the DVDs and never will, so only know what aired on TV.

There were *appearances* of 3 characters on Seinfeld played by multiple actors. Can you name the characters on the show?
    Lloyd Braun
    Jerry's dad
... Hmmmm.... can't think of the 3rd right now... It will probably come to me.
George's dad is the third. It was a different actor in the character's first appearance (The Handicap Spot) but he was replaced by Jerry Stiller. They then reshot that Handicap Spot episode with Jerry Stiller for syndication. The original version with the original actor is on the DVD set.

They initially aired on TV like that. You're not missing anything not seeing it though. It's awkward to see anyone but Jerry Stiller playing Frank.
