You got two out of four. And of course, when you say "The Pilot," you're referring to the very first episode, not the season 4 finale titled "The Pilot" where they make the Jerry show. Here's the ones you missed....

-Elaine doesn't appear in the two-part episode "The Trip" where Kramer is accused of being the Smog Strangler. 
-Kramer doesn't appear in the Chinese Restaurant.

Speaking of the very first episode, here's another question that's pretty tough: what is the original TITLE of the very first episode? Hint: It is NOT "The Seinfeld Chronicles." The Seinfeld Chronicles was the actual name of the show when it premiered, but the first episode had it's own title. The episode has since been renamed The Seinfeld Chronicles on DVR guides, and even the official Seinfeld DVDs. But it originally had a title. 

Second hint: This episode title is unlike all the others....except for one.

I just looked it up as I had no idea. I don't recall ever seeing that anywhere, and I used to own the box set of seasons 1-4. 

I think I saw it in a special Seinfeld-edition of TV guide back in the day. But even the box set you have will have it listed as The Seinfeld Chronicles (my season 1/2 DVD does). I think the title of the pilot episode was changed when the show went into syndication, which I believe is around the time of Season 4 or 5.

The answer is "Good News, Bad News" which I guess references Jerry not knowing if the girl that's coming stay wants to fuck or wants to be friends. This original title and another season 1 episode, "Male Unbonding" are the only episode titles that don't begin with "The"

I'm either thinking of the wrong episode or he mentions The Met in the same scene that you're talking about in addition to the best bathroom in midtown.

On a side-bar, in the reunion that took place during season 7 of Curb Your Enthuisasm, George had become rich by creating an app called the iToilet...that locates the nearest bathroom. That'd actually be a great idea! Someone should seek Larry David's permission and create it.
