Sure, but rather than get into a boy's face and beat his drum, why didn't he take his dudes and confront the Black Hebrew Israelites instead, to shut them up? They appear to have been the main instigators. Instead he walked right into the kid's space, put the drum right in his face, and banged away. Seemed like a bit of a taunt to me.
