    Except when conservatives talk about immigration reform, they're talking about structural racism.  Specifically, they want to pass laws to keep brown people out, make it difficult for brown people to become citizens after they are here, and give wypipo an excuse to treat all brown people like second class citizens.  

    The right isn't serious about immigration reform because they get a better return on investment by blowing the old dog whistle.
