    The thing is, the post offices are just starting to gear up for the holiday season.  Out local PO put up signs last week seeking temp help for the holidays.  No way are any PO personnel going to get time off this time of year. 

    And good God, think of what those postal workers are going to have to go through for the next couple months.  I totally respect their work.  My wife's business, my little businesses, almost everybody's small business gets busier this time of year and we and all the Christmas shoppers flood those poor Post Offices with mailings.  They're likely going to have to beef up their package screaming, lines will go slower in the PO, people will grow impatient.  This will likely be yet another clusterfuck that impacts the sanity of these good and unfortunate workers.  I feel damn bad for them.

    I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but there have been a lot of people that used to post thoughtful insight here that have completely stopped due to negativity and name calling and personal attacks.
