More importantly, the parallels are there. Germans didn't just wake up one day and start hailing Hitler. It started slowly; discrediting the media and all detractors. Scapegoating "other" people.
Don't take it so literally. We're not going to look exactly like Nazi Germany. It's about the parallels. We're in the early stages. And these people, of all ages, are ready and willing for whatever the First Family of America wants. Trump, Jr. won't gas 6,000,000 people after he's appointed President. But that won't mean he's A-OK nor that he's not a dictator.
The Nazi parallels are apt.
1-Get the young to vote against him.
2-Get a good candidate to run against him.
3-Get the Democratic party back in shape and don't force a candidate down people's throats.

Well I first off don’t think there was any collusion. Do I think the Russians did all they could to help him/ hurt Hillary? Probably, yes, but I don’t think he was working with them. Russians have become the new scapegoat here in the states, folks want someone to blame for the loss so the Russians it is. I find it funny because the Russians fuck with elections everywhere, just like we do elsewhere but we’re supposed to worry about them for some reason. As if anyone reads a fake meme and then votes a certain way because of it? I don’t know, the whole thing’s crazy to me. I think it pretty much shows that he should have been fired anyway for ineptitude. Then there’s the fake dossier which spurred the investigation/fisa warrant. Shady way to get things done. Are they getting scumbags that were part of his campaign? Sure, but the charges have nothing to do with the election or trump. I think they started the investigation out of shame/embarrassment of the loss of the election to trump when they had all their eggs in one basket and we’re basically caught with their pants down with no other options. The hope was that they had no evidence of collusion but they might at least scare him to step down or find other folks with dirty laundry they could make deals with. Here, you are acknowledging that this is; that authoritarianism is a reality if Trump gets elected. Trump is at 40% approval rate. Adjusted for the Electoral College? That's a win. So we have a willing population. It's a realistic possibility and that's why it's important to make the comparisons of how Nazi Germany came to be. Then there’s obstruction of justice- I think Comey should have been fired anyway. The investigation that came out a few weeks ago by the inspector general confirmed he was a dumbass and clearly made some stupid decisions. I think it pretty much shows that he should have been fired anyway for ineptitude. Then there’s the fake dossier which spurred the investigation/fisa warrant. Shady way to get things done. Are they getting scumbags that were part of his campaign? Sure, but the charges have nothing to do with the election or trump. I think they started the investigation out of shame/embarrassment of the loss of the election to trump when they had all their eggs in one basket and we’re basically caught with their pants down with no other options. The hope was that they had no evidence of collusion but they might at least scare him to step down or find other folks with dirty laundry they could make deals with. Really anything to make trump look bad is all they hoped for. Anyway, that’s all I got for now.
