I was supposed to see them on Friday and I’m busted up that I can’t go. I’ve got a nervous system disorder that wipes me out physically and mentally and the trip to Chicago plus all the walking and standing would just nearly kill me. I hope it’s a great show for everyone. My mate I was going with is going with his wife, so I hope it’s a great set.

Killer. It's always fun to see the first show of a tour. Excited to see how much they change up tonight.

Agreed, I’ll be keeping an eye on tonight’s set as well. I’m going to both Boston shows, so I’m hoping to see a lot of variety.

Last night’s setlist was killer though, I couldn’t hope for much better.

Also, an arena show is such a rare treat around here.  I've seen them 10 times before but all were amphitheaters or Lolla/Grant Park.  I love the UC so thrilled to get two nights there.

Enjoy Boston!  I'm sure they'll dig deep for setlists this tour.

I’ve only seen them once, in ‘01 at a racetrack. It was an awesome show, but the stars have never been aligned for me to see them again until now. I hope you’re right about them digging deep for this tour... if last night ends up being the norm, you will be!

    Have a blast tonight!

Edit: & yes, arenas are where it’s at. I would prefer to see PJ at the Garden as well, instead of Fenway, but I have shows in my hometown, so I’m not complaining.

Same here, 2001 at Hutchinson Field was my first.  Optimistic!
Same here with PJ too.  Would love if they went back to 2 nights at the UC, but I'll take any shows in my city.

Was your show Suffolk Downs in '01?  I've seen over 1,000 shows, and that show remains the most all-around perfect show I've ever seen.  The band was in great moods and performances were fantastic.  Staging and work with cameras were trully artistic and amazing (my 1st time seeing them with that fish-eye lens Thom has on piano, plus all the other cameras and way they were coordinated).  Weather was perfect.  I got into the GA pit but they purposefully did NOT pack is, so I hung at back and could see amazingly well.  Sound was great, lights were amazing.  Crowd was hyped and well-behaved but psyched.  Setlist  was great (close to perfect though not perfect for me, but close enough).

So yeah, that show holds a dear place in my heart.

If you weren't talking about Suffolk Downs... sorry you read through all that LOL!

And hey, I'll be at both Boston shows at the end of July too (and Arctic Monkeys the night before), so if you'll be gathering somewhere please post it.  I'm coming on my own from DC and while I'm totally cool doing the whole thing alone, if I know cool people will be there it's always good to have a drink or at least say hi.

    Enjoy all your shows everyone!

Also, I probably can't go to the Philly shows which were the others I got tix for.  I think I have 2 for night 1 and 1 for night 2 but all singles, the 2 aren't together.  Where can I go to sell them since I don't know of a good Radiohead discussion board and it sounds like Reddit is a hot mess according to someone above?

Cool, glad it was Suffolk Downs.  I need to loo that setlist up again, it's been a long while and I've seen them since then.

I'll look for your PM, yeah, meeting up 2nd night works. :)

Hard to ask for much more from a 2-night stand. Unfortunately Optimistic was on the setlist night two but they swapped it for Pyramid Song.
