Yeah that new song rocks. Looks like a very intriguing project. Usually when it's the frontman and lead guitarist for a band, it's just, you know, that band.

Cool tune…easily could’ve been a Radiohead tune and drenched with their early guitar sounds.

yeah, i can't get enough of this song. it's not something i've heard from radiohead in a very long time. I do love pretty much everything the band's done, even if their more experimental stuff took me some time to come around to, but I love this.

Yeah, I'm wondering how the other members of the band feel about this project. They've kept their solo projects pretty isolated in the past.

Thom & Johnny have played live as a duo for years and they write together all the time, so I'd imagine the others are used to it.

I'm basically looking at this as a Radiohead album seeing as its got the 3 most essential members (who generally steer the ship).

No idea, but since they are british… shouldn’t it be maths rock?

Math rock is just really progressive rock music. Odd time signatures and arrangements. I don't consider this or radiohead math rock, but threads are there for sure.

Haven't made the time to listen to them yet, but definitely plan to grab a ticket for the Boston show (assuming it's reasonably priced).

    In for Boston.

    $105 after fees.

More than I wanted to spend, but OTOH, not bad to see Yorke & Greenwood at a 3500 capacity venue.

Managed to score a pair of GA for Toronto. I'm glad I don't have to fight it out in the public sale as I will be away.

After much scrambling and refreshing in the face of a sold out message, one ticket for Atlanta popped up and was finally able to get it into the checkout. That was a bit crazy. One ticket showed up for a bit but took me 5 minutes of refreshing to be able to select it! Not much security on that presale. Just go to their website, get on the mailing list and click the link. Maybe the onsale Friday will go more smoothly.

Their presales are wonky for sure.

Back in 2018 for Radiohead's summer tour, I was in queue for longer than I felt comfortable, and decided to refresh / retry and got right through... I ended up pulling a pair for the Boston Saturday night gig, and a single for Sunday night.

Had I waited in queue, I probably would have missed out. (glad I didn't, those shows were epic)
