    Perhaps @Thoughts_Arrive giving these forums a break might help.  Let me ask you this, in which particular forum do you feel you receive the most grief.  Is it AMT...thats the only place i see heated exchanges happening...but that's going to happen from time to time.  Maybe just roll with the waves and see where it takes you, avoid those threads that cause you grief.

    And how boring would this place be if we did?! Of course we discuss some pretty controversial topics and things can get heated but it's still just an exchange of opinions. It's true that the opinions expressed by some people would make me less inclined to want to meet them or develop a personal relationship with them but I sincerely doubt that bothers them any more than it does me.

If I disliked you, I wouldn't have bothered..... Although I gotta say, after me attempting to help you when you've asked for help and then getting this response, it ain't good for your cause man, if you're hoping for people to like you (although I sincerely have no clue if that's your goal... it's more like you want to find proof that people don't like you rather than trying to work out if people do... kind of like you WANT people to dislike you).

    OP I have definitely got into heated discussions in the america's gun violence thread but I definitely don't dislike anybody; we just have a different opinion which is great.  I've learned a lot from that thread, don't take everything so personal.
