    My guess... they can hold you financially responsible for not returning the router to whatever central office, and it's harder/more painful for their techs.  Just offloading responsibility.  And yeah, that's super disappointing.  
    Well, I guess I feel bad for the guy who comes with my new router then, because I'm going to fucking insist that he take it, lol. I'm not schlepping a package to the post office for Telus. They already bleed me dry on a monthly basis. :tongue:

    Has anyone gotten codes for brooklyn yet? I live in NJ so I'm not sure if I qualify for their NYC vicinity. If others got codes already I'll know that I don't
