Any reason for Aussie fans to get excited about 2018?
Not surprised at all about only stadium shows in the US. 2 shows for Seattle, Boston and Chicago. Wonder what show number 7 is. Missoula? Can't see a Vancouver or Portland one-off show if doing two shows at a big place like Safeco.

If I want to read more into Dimi's posts lately, there is a new profile pic and Eddie with Canada flag on his Twitter, and he posted a PJ in Vancouver video from 2013. Now that may be digging far too deep...and BC is pretty 'Northwest'. But there will be a tonne of us from Western Canada in Seattle if there is Safeco shows. bootlegger10 said:LeafsJaysCubsRaptorsFan said:7 shows 8/8 and 8/10 Seattle. Us Tour in 2019 also

If there is a show in August or September separate from the three ballpark double-headers (two each in Seattle, Chicago and Boston), I’d think Missoula could be a suspect if Tester running for Senator again in Montana. No inside info, just a guess.2003 - June 15 Fargo

7 shows.....
Fenway was rumoured to have 3 shows from the start though I just passed that off as 3 holds and 2 shows. Also why would they play Safeco on a Wednesday and a Friday when the field is available that weekend?Post edited by PJNB on0 -
No doubt they play a show in support of Jon Tester in an election year0

Would love an announcement soon
But, playing Labor Day Weekend would suck for traveling. Plus, i would expect Hotel prices to be very expensive, and Hotel prices in Boston are already expensive as it is.
Still HOPE ther some Arena shows in the mix.2005 - London

I think we all got excited about a big tour this year with all of the talk of three continents. But I think reality is setting in with a "bigger" leg in Europe, and then three shows in SA and a few ballpark shows in the US. Nothing different than any other post 2006 year other than 2017 with no shows.
2013 was pretty big though for PJ, so perhaps a new album in 2019 will usher in a "full" US tour.

Mariners schedule has Sept 29, 2018 as CCFA night with Mike doing the national anthem. So if there is a fall/winter tour, it is either not around that date, or they will be near Seattle at the time. So if it is a bunch of PNW dates, then I guess that info really doesn't help us figure anything out either way, but I thought I'd add it to the mix.0
