No, that is not going to be good enough. Letting him live is unfortunately going to allow him to talk way too much. When they're dead, at least the media attention is mostly devoted to the incident and their actions leading up to the event. How about the suggestion of sending the criminal to Guantanamo? I don't like that idea. I think our justice system works just fine and he should be tried here.
