    I don't think we'll get the HoF performances. I'd guess HBO owns the rights to those. They usually release them on some compilation CD.

    I wonder if it was going to include TOTD tour songs and they had to scrap it due to obvious reasons.

    Yeah, me too. I actually can't think of any better track (at least amongst the uptempo ones) off their last three records.
    Studio Of the Earth would be spectacular, spectacular I say.
