I still haven't bought the remaster. I just can't imagine Meddle sounding any different than I've heard it for so many years.

The same goes for The Piper at the Gates of Dawn. I bought that remaster but still go with my old issue. I haven't even played the remaster yet.

At this point, all the surface noise in those records is meant to be there.

Well said dankind, got to agree with those comments..

lol, ya the train can be a little much at times. I love Waylon, just never really thought about picking something up for my collection. As of late (when listening to country) I have been on a Jerry Reed and Chet Atkins phase.

Chet Atkins basically got Waylon his RCA deal. When Waylon was trying to break through..
Chet was God's right hand man as far as country was concerned at the time.
I had a few fanclub credits that I hadn't used.
Just got today. June 11th NURNBERG 2000, & June 24th PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC 2000.
It's not vinyl but hey, I usually listen to something PJ Saturday nights. Those 2 will keep me content.
Still haven't figured out how to post a picture of what I'm listening to. Lol :o
