    Still empty handed. Not really stressing though. These titles are available on emulators and I can play them on my cell at any time.


    Anyone have any insight on this?

    Walmart.com is releasing them around 5pm EST each day until Friday 11/18. Last night the controllers went on sale at 5:10, then the consoles at 20 after. I had a console in my cart but couldn't check out. Reports are to keep hitting "add to cart" even if you get an out of stock message. I can confirm this as I got an oos message about 20 times before it finally added. Then keep hitting "checkout" even if you get an oos message. It will eventually either let you go thru to payment, or tell you it cannot be delivered or picked up in your zip code. Only when you get the zip code message is it truly sold out. (I was unfortunate to receive this message after about 25 minutes of clicking buttons.)

    Don't panic if you didn't land one, by all accounts stock is to be incoming on a regular basis.

    Classic Nintendo strategy of keeping demand high while keeping the supply low. It's why it took me almost 2 years to find a Wii.

    Yep. Hype makes the stocks climb. Nintendo isn't interested in keeping consumers happy, only their shareholders.

    I think they underestimated demand. And not wanting to be overstocked. Like with the Wii-U.

    They couldn't make Wii's fast enough with that demand.

    getting mine in the mail today, wont be able to play until Friday.

    My Mom use to say the same when I was a kid...."no video games until the weekend, you have a lot of schoolwork to do"

    Now Schoolwork= knee deep in Fucking work

    As much as things change, they stay the same.

    Its Crazy Nintendo in my hands, Trump in the news...... 80's all over again, whats next? is Cocaine gonna make a come back?

    someone said earlier on page 9, Walmart at 5pm everyday will have limited stock online

    found some downtime last night, .....played Punchout, ....man its still so much fun. Then dabbled in Mario Bros 2...what a cool game.

    The cord is a fucking disaster, had to stand up and play. Its hard to find the extender.

    So cool you can save games

    Its called Punchout w/ Mr Dream or whatever now.

    King Hippo beat my ass....Forgot the mouth open thing. Had to put it down, it was getting late

    The clarity with HDMI is great. Just ordered the 6ft extender from best buy.....its really super short otherwise

    I think this thing is a spectacular ripoff. I can't believe people are willing to drop $300 plus on this. I mean, you can get one of those retro duo consoles that play the actual original games form both NES and Super NES for $40, and it totally works. Why would people drop $300+ for a console that does even accept cartridges? I just don't get it.
