Making an impromptu trip back to Ontario starting tomorrow, as luck would have it I was able to secure a ticket to the London, ON show on Friday, July 8th! Cannot wait should be a solid show
The last PJ show I went to was the best PJ show ever, that is until they come around again of course

I had a great time at the show on Saturday night! He was his usual talkative self but they played a good mix of Painkillers and Horrible Crowes songs. Highlight were opening with Nobody Wins and the solo acoustic version of The Navesink Banks to close the show. Hopefully be doesn't forget about the middle of the country on the next tour.

What's the deal with this upcoming tour with Ryan Bingham? Are they co-headliners? Some places have Bingham listed first and some places have Fallon listed first. Not sure I'd want to go if it's just a partial set for Fallon.

I think they are alternating or at least swapping in some cities

Yeah, I expect the set lengths to be the same length. Not sure if I would stay if Brian played first. I don't know nay of Ryan's music at all, guess I need to look some up.

Anyone preorder and get the code and willing to share? Don’t really want to have to order the cd when I’ll be getting the vinyl and listening to it via Spotify. Any help appreciated

I think it may be "forgetmenot"? It's strange that it says it will be a unique code, but then on his twit page it says that code. I don't know what is true, but worth a shot.

I think it’s safe to say Forget Me Not is either the lead single or album title. I can’t wait for this. I miss Gaslight so much, but Brian’s solo work is up there with it.

The solo stuff is great. Horrible Crowes is great.

The only negative thing is we don't get to hear gaslight songs live anymore

Agreed. I think the only Gaslight song he’s played is National Anthem at a small number of shows. I mean, it’s a solid song but it’s not We Came to Dance, 59 Sound, or even a song like Handwritten that the masses know.

So looking forward to this! His last solo effort was great. 4-5 of those songs I listen to ALL the time. Cant wait to hear some new music. Also love GLA and HC. Hoping someday either GLA at least does a tour together or he starts playing some of their stuff. He seems to only do National Anthem and Navisink Banks. Maybe because they are acoustic songs that really were kind of solo songs anyway. I know I remember reading that NA was going to be a solo song but the producer talked him into adding it to the GLA album.

Anyway looking forward to tour dates. Next to PJ, BF/GLA/HC are my favorite.

    Single out Friday

shows in NYC 11/1 which I can't make and 11/9 in LA which I can because of a business trip. Sometimes work doesn't suck.

I feel like Brian said he wouldn’t release another record like that. That it would be under his name. Which makes sense because I think Painkillers had most of the HC recording it. But who knows. He’s big on changing his mind.
