    The Revenant

SUPER good! Pretty basic as far as the story line goes, but wow, the mood, the sound, the cinematography, the acting, the intensity - amazing! Not for people who have a lot of trouble with graphic violence though. It's pretty bloody and violent.

Black Mass. Awesome film. I know this because the stories disgusted me and that what makes a great mob movie. Stories that disgust those with empathy. ****.5
I remember when, yeah. I swore I knew everything, oh yeah.

9 To 5 - Funny female precursor to Office Space.
Fear - That dog's death alone makes Marky Mark a psycho douchebag in the movie.

    White God
Odd, dark Hungarian movie about dogs getting revenge on humans. Pretty good though. I think it's supposed to be a metaphor for people who are treated poorly in society, but anyway... must have been a bitch to get hundreds of dogs to act!

    The Watcher

Nice to see Keanu against type. The movie is lame, though.

    Deadpool

One of the best theater experiences I've had in years. Love the self aware 22 Jump Street esque humor and playful middle finger to typical Disney Marvel. One of the funniest opening credit and closing sequences ever.

Deadpool & Romper Stomper. Deadpool lived up to the hype, very funny with loads of easter eggs and homages. Also had the best Stan Lee cameo of all time imo and the after credits homage scene killed me. Romper Stomper I'd seen before but it's been years, still is a strong and impactful film and I believe it's much better than American History X and deserves more attention.
