    The Ritual (Netflix Original).

Pretty entertaining actually, for a "we're lost in the forest and crazy scary shit is going to kill us" movie.

    Predator (1987)

Haven't  watched it in years but it ages well. Clearly 80s era effects and cheesy acting but still a fun flick.

Eric Clapton - A Life In 12 Bars (Showtime doc)  I learned a lot, kinda long, but overall very good. There's a ton of old footage.  I'm surprised he survived his drug and alcohol addictions.

  • Moonrise Kingdom - liked it
Cars 3 - had to talk the 3 year old to sticking through until the end, which he loved.  Not as good as the other ones based on his review.  I thought the animation was pretty cool.

Dunkirk. I think Christopher Nolan is wildly overrated to begin with so take it with a grain of salt if you like but I was unimpressed. It's a topic that should be treated with respect. Instead we get the typical Nolan shifts in time and perspective that in this case really hurt the story and made it harder to follow than it should have been. A linear telling of the same story would have served the film and the material much better.

I watched that yesterday. I love Adam Devine but he can sometimes play characters that are so over the top (see that terrible movie about the guys who need wedding dates). It was nice to see him a little bit calmer in this.

It (2017)  It was pretty good.  It's kinda like a rated "R" version of The Goonies.
