it's sort of similar to the WM3 where they had to plead guilty for their freedom ... there is no way the justice system will set him free because any admittance of wrongdoing ultimately shows the justice the system for what it is .. which is corrupt and faulty ...

right and he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed....but assuming he put the vehicle there it still doesn't explain why more dna wasn't in the vehicle, fingerprints, etc.MayDay10 said:

If the vehicle was planted there by someone else to implicate Steven they would have just left it there.Remember the Thomas Nine !! (10/02/2018)

My contention is very simple in this case. Thresa Halbachs DNA was found in three separate places; the garage, in the burn pit, and in the in the car. I want you to speak these two sentences and see if they make sense to you. 1) Steven Avery is a forensic expert and can cover up murder without a trace of blood. 2) Steven Avery is unable to dismantle a vehicle down to nothing.
He sure spent a lot of time cleaning up all the blood from the garage. He did have those three days which the prosecution keeps on saying but yeah he chose not to do anything with the vehicle!!!
How Brandon Dassey's testimony wasn't thrown out immediately is beyond me its sick and it's sad.Post edited by dcrouthamel onIf I knew where it was.....I WOULD TAKE YOU THERE! THERES MUCH MORE THAN THIS!0 -
I heard (haven't verified) that in order to crush a car the engine and transmission must be removed. That would require quite a bit of work that someone might not want to mess with.Remember the Thomas Nine !! (10/02/2018)

Well... if it meant saving yourself from being discovered for a murder you committed... I'm thinking a person might find the energy to do the work.Gern Blansten said:I heard (haven't verified) that in order to crush a car the engine and transmission must be removed. Right but that would mean using some pretty large equipment that seemed to be right in the middle of the Avery Salvage Yard garage. How does one do that in the middle of the night (or day) and be discrete?Thirty Bills Unpaid said:

Well, he supposedly kidnapped, raped, murdered her all in daylight on the property. Not to mention dismembering her body.Gern Blansten said:

Using the equipment to dismantle then crush the car in the day would be the least odd or far fetched thing in the whole scenario, considering it's a salvage yard.0 -
That's exactly my point - this is backward in the findings. Now take it a step further who had access to his blood, found the bullet, found the key. Why would a police officer lie Under oath about what time he arrived at the victims vehicle. What would a police officer need to call dispatch about Theresa's plates for.
These are the tragic questions that unfortunately will never get answered. Paint the picture using only grey and that's what you'll findIf I knew where it was.....I WOULD TAKE YOU THERE! THERES MUCH MORE THAN THIS!0 -

For someone who's done that kind of work all their life it might take a couple hours at most, but probably much less than that It's not as hard as it seems when you are pulling them apart to scrap.Gern Blansten said:I heard (haven't verified) that in order to crush a car the engine and transmission must be removed. There's absolutely no way this guy is guilty. I can't believe the jury was that stupid. I mean seriously...a sliced throat and abdominal stabbing with no trace of blood??? Get the hell out of here with that nonsense. It's not like this guy was Dexter or something.0 -

The female version of Kratz?
This lady is a joke, and so are her arguments.

Finished it up last night. Also read quite a bit of other sources last week.
If nothing else, both Avery and Dassey should have a fair case re-tried elsewhere.0 -
Right I'm not saying it's hard...I'm saying it is unlikely since Avery's entire family lives on that scrapyard and it might have been hard to do without being seenShawshank said:

I'm not sure anybody would have looked at such an event at the scrapyard as out of the ordinary. I would contend that if anything might have been indicative of guilt... it would have been her vehicle dismantled and crushed.Gern Blansten said:

Hidden underneath a twig and parked near an entrance, while the apparent murder scenes (they're not really sure where the event took place despite the forced confession that belies all facts) were cleansed of all DNA evidence, doesn't look right at all in my eyes."My brain's a good brain!"0 -

Personal agenda...I haven't seen this yet but im seeing more and more stories coming out tearing this documentary down for being biased and leaving out factsGern Blansten said:
I'm really disappointed in what the documentary left out. It would still be an interesting case but why leave out extremely important pieces?Thirty Bills Unpaid said:
We've likely been reading the same articles. I'm curious to know what you think.Gern Blansten said:It's hard for me to comment knowing that some of you haven't watched all of it yet. I don't want to spoil anything.
I would suggest that you finish it ASAP because there seem to be a lot of articles popping up about it. Once you are done watching the documentary do some google searches on "Steven Avery evidence" and see what you think.
im personally not going to watch it due to its lack of credibility, but that may change once more comes out
