Ant Man
Pretty damn good.0 -
Also Suicide Squad & Batman V Superman both look really good from Comic Con.
Looks like Margot Robbie gonna nail Harley Quinn role (she's so hot)

Trainwreck
Man, what a letdown this was. Apatow is losing his mojo. Pop culture references and being over two hours do not a comedy classic make.0 -
It Follows- it kinda sucks. The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.0 -
Star Trek - generations, pretty good. Tried watching 'Ted' but couldn't dig the humour, brought up on only fools & horses in the uk, so can relate to that bit more...0

Minions. It was good0

Tig, documentary about comedian Tig Notaro (which can be found on Netflix). Seriously a must-watch. She's an incredible human being who has gone through a ton, all with her unique sense of humor."Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

What's Your Number? It's such a cute movie....and I just adore Chris Evans and Anna Faris in it...I reccommend it if you like romantic comedies....Music is my Religion and Pearl Jam, my Savior!

What, you don't like teen vampires?dankind said:The Lost Boys (the shit I put up with for my wife)
Whiplash. Wasn't sure what to expect but liked it."The stars are all connected to the brain."0 -
At least it wasn't Twilight....unless it's on Rifftrax though. That's the only way I can see that, Transformers and Shamalayan crap without screaming in agony. I hope they ridicule 50 Shades next.dankind said:The Lost Boys (the shit I put up with for my wife)
Speaking of Rifftrax, I just saw their riffing on Jack and Julie. Remember that "so bad it's good" classic, Birdemic? This is a romance movie from the same hack director years earlier0 -

I don't know. Near Dark Came out the same year as The Lost Boys. It's also about a hormonal young man who gets lured into a gang of delinquent vampires by a hot chick, but that movie kicks all sorts of ass.Who Princess said:

And I need to see Whiplash. It was a good friend's favorite movie during a year that Boyhood came out, which, to me, is the best film ever made.dankind said:

I LOVED Near Dark. White trash vampires! Such a great take on the genre.dankind said:

My prince and I had some enjoyable discussions and some laughs while watching Whiplash and afterwards. He's a musician, strictly amateur, but we talked about various musicians we've known over the years. We both graduated from University of North Texas, which has a very prestigious music school and is renowned for its various jazz bands. At the time, neither of us paid very much attention to the jazz bands but we knew a lot of music students. The movie really made me wonder about the pressure to excel."The stars are all connected to the brain."0 -
"Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!"
Not even a 'so-bad-it's-good' movie, this one is so bad it's just sh*t. The 'birth' scene was one of the most absurd things I've ever seen on TV.
Plus of course... The Hoff in space!“Do not postpone happiness”
(Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)
“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
