what song or songs that most PJ fans love, that you can't stand to listen to?

Well that is the point, lol. It always amuses me to see people actually complain that 6 or 7 songs (out of over 30) are from the album that the tour is based on. I mean, really?paulonious said:On a new album tour, and i may be in the minority here, i want to hear as much of that new album as possible.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
Maybe not a PJ song everyone likes...but I can't stand the chorus in Pilate. The intro and bridge have so much promise and the chorus is just so unrelated to the rest of the song, for me.0

I'd love it if they did a Corgan and played the new album in its entirety. doesn't have to be in order, but all or even most of the tunes would be great. I don't go to a PJ show for nostalgia only, although that's part of it. on this tour I only got 4 songs from Lightning Bolt. that's only a third of the record. I could have had 2 or 3 more, but hey, it was still a great show. I would loved to have heard Getwaway (LOL), Swallowed Whole, Let The Records Play, or Infallible. still can't complain though. it can't be a perfect show for 15,000 people!PJ_Soul said:

I fully agree with your last selections for both 2 and 3, though. and although Leatherman is a bit of an oddball tune, I'd love to hear it live.OnWis97 said:There are three ways to answer that question...

I remember listening to Yield over and over again back in 1998...I loved the first five songs (well, I loved the first four and gave "Wishlist" more credit than it deserved since it was a single) but when "Pilate" came on I went to the "skip" button every time.
Over the years, I have tried to give live versions of the song a chance - I've tried really hard to appreciate it, if not like it - but I just can't do it!
IMHO, it's their worst song from the 1990's - and that includes all the Lost Dogs.0 -
Bahahahahaha! They should release that version as a christmas single!!oftenreading said:

It's also the last track I need to see to complete Ten live. So I do want to hear it at a gig! Sometimes I love it but a lot of the time I don't. I'll confess to having skipped it numerous occasions while listening to Ten
