Should be a good Superbowl. The Pats won't let Seattle off the hook like Green Bay did. They have to start solid to win.0

Forget Bostick for a moment it should never have come down to that play. I think the key play that set everything into a downward motion for the Packers was THAT INTERCEPTION. if you go back and look at it he had the entire left side of field where he was running WIDE OPEN. He went down because he THOUGHT THE GAME WAS OVER and so did the rest of the Packer team. At the very least get in field goal range or if that safety was in fear of fumbling run till you get close to out of bounds, if an opposing tackler comes jump out of bounds. From that point on the Packers were thinking the game was over and it was downhill from there.
So the Bostick was big but no where as huge as that interception....imagine if I was reverse the SeaChics were going to run that interception back for sure. why because the game ain't over TILL ITS OVER.
THIS kind of loss lingers with players and teams for years it should never have happened it did......like the quote says........................We let em off the hook!

as a Bills fan I know losses that rip your soul out... that was worse than anything I have seen. An awful awful display of coaching, and only then, a specific and strange sequence of events needed to occur to get the game to overtime.0

I'm still stuck on the fake field goal. Seattle loves to do shit like that and GB should have been on the lookout. 3 points still kept it a 2 score game making that a prime scenario to run a fake. GB should fire their special teams coach for that alone. That was one of the worst coached games I can remember.Tom Brady & Donald Trump, BFF's

That is really cool. That coach from GB really should be fired. You have to be on the look out whenever you play Seattle and New Orleans especially for fakes. Damn did GB blow that game.Tom Brady & Donald Trump, BFF's

Dear NFL franchises and their passionate fans:
We get it. Bill Belichick is a bit of a dick. You don't like him. Tom Brady is perceived as being both a pretty boy, and a whiner. You don't like him. 8 seasons ago, the NFL told the teams, all of them, to stop the practice in which they all engaged, videotaping coordinators calling in signals to the field. Because Mr. Belichick is a bit of a dick, he kept doing it after you told all the teams to stop doing it. Other teams probably did too, but because New York Jets head coach Eric Mangini wanted to get back at Mr. Belichick, who expressed his disappointment at Mr. Mangini leaving his position as the Patriots' defensive coordinator, Mr. Mangini reported the Patriots, and the NFL punished them. So we get that "the Patriots are cheaters" is a cry that offers comfort to you, because the Patriots will be making their sixth trip to the Super Bowl this century. But the league is supposed to foster sportsmanship and competition. You look silly trying to "prove" the Patriots have cheated every time they beat your team. Sometimes they just outplay you on Sunday, or Monday, or Thursday, or Saturday. Please just accept that and move on.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated courtesy.
Regards,
A New England Patriots fan

I've never been against anything the Pats have done. They look for the grey area and exploit it. The 4 down lineman play is a great example. Completely within the rules but not what was intended. Still, its legal.
My opinion, Just my opinion: Pats fans bring up spygate more than anyone else. Its almost like a woo is me thing. 'We are being persecuted for a previous transgression every time its assumed we broke the rules'. Teams make complaints like this all the time with the tampered with balls. The field was watered down, grass was cut longer, noise was pumped into the stadium and so on. Every time it happens to the Pats it is over reported because of that past transgression. If anything Pats fans complaints should be with the media for using that as a reason to nitpick and over report. A complaint was made, we don't know if it is true or not right now. Even if it is, it happens all the time I'm sure. No big deal. When things like this happen all the pats fan really need to do is point to the scoreboard. Its almost like they feel guilty and need to justify wins to themselves. Even if other fans, the NFL or anyone else actually believes they cheated, who the f cares. The Pats have the rings.
The actual teams who have a real complaint is the skins and cowboys. They exploited a grey area with the uncapped rules. It was perfectly legal what they did other than a gentle mans agreement to not do it. Making an agreement like that is collusion as it went against a legal CBA. How Goodell justified penalizing them for it is beyond me. He's lucky the teams never want to get into a court fight over shit like that and open other cans of worms. That was BS. This comes from a niner fan who loves to see the cowboys get screwed over.Tom Brady & Donald Trump, BFF's

Why should the redskins and cowboys be complaining?0

There was an uncapped year right before the lockout season a few seasons ago. It was a doomsday scenario written into the old CBA to try and make sure they came to an agreement with the players ahead of time. They couldn't and the uncapped year happened. Teams were not constrained to the salary cap as every year before and every year now since. The cowboys and redskins got cute and signed a few guys to deals that paid them the bulk of the deal in that uncapped season with very small salary when they knew the cap would be back. The owners supposedly had a hand shake agreement to act as if the cap was still in place. They didn't want the players getting a taste of having a larger slice of the money pie and asking for more in the cba negotiations about to take place after the season. The NFL to punish the boys and skins lowered their cap numbers in the next 2 subsequent seasons equal to how much extra money they put in the uncapped year (basically how much they went over the bullshit handshake agreement amount). For the cowboys they had 33 million less to play with the last 2 seasons than everyone else. The skins were around 18 if I remember correct. A few other teams got hit as well than the skins and boys, but no more than 2 million. It was bullshit as the CBA said there would be no cap that season. They followed the rules and got punished.Tom Brady & Donald Trump, BFF's

Aren't most "handshake" deals and "eyewinks" frowned up and considered collusion?0
