I would bet $20 on it. He has done it before, but I'm not sure if that is an idication they would do it again, or if they won't since they did it already.SVRDhand13 said:Anyone think EV will guest on State of Love and Trust with Gaslight at ACL?
Either way, you should see TGA because they rock. \m/0 -

nice pic! i was safely a few feet back at the bar. got a drum stick though, which was awesome.FrankieG said:Holy shit tonight was awesome. Best TGA show I have ever been to. The energy was very high. You could tell everyone was happy to be playing gigs again. All of the songs were tight and the light show really added the "they finally made it big" feel.

This was 1 of the very few I snapped.. Didn't want to be the guy up fron taking pictures all night instead of enjoying it haha. It was a great show, My favorite of the 4 that I attended this year, but all 4 were completely different, I got very lucky.dustinpardue said:

Awesome, I actually got 1/4 of a drum stick! I caught one of the sticks that Benny broke in half, but the dude next to me also caught it, so we broke the half-stick in half and each got a 1/4 piece haha2003: 7/14 NJ ... 2006: 6/1 NJ, 6/3 NJ ... 2007: 8/5 IL ... 2008: 6/24 NY, 6/25 NY, 8/7 EV NJ ... 2009: 10/27 PA, 10/28 PA, 10/30 PA, 10/31 PA

Album is awesome. Can't stop listening to it and in particular at the moment I love Stay Vicious. Not sure where I rank it yet with other gaslight albums. At the moment I'd at least put it ahead of American Slang. Hoping for some west coast tour dates soonbadbrains said:

yeah cool they mixed it up.FrankieG said:Saw most of the stream last night. Kinda jealous of the different setlist, expecially Selected Poems... Very awesome to see how much fun they are having up on stage. I thought the Boston crowd was kinda lame and didn't have near the energy at the shows I attended, but maybe that's just because I'm watching a screen.
I'm really liking Rollin' & Tumblin' off the new album.

Here's a link to a rip of the audio from the Boston Show. It was like the 10th or so time I've seen them and one of the best I've seen them. Also went to the pre show. It was a cool experience. About 25-30 people. They played semi unplugged, Brian with a 12 string acoustic, in a storytellers type format. Brian talked a lot about his love for Pearl Jam and how they were doing in this format as an experiment in case they ever do an acoustic record or DVD or whatever. He talked about the PJ20 scene where they 1st played unplugged in Europe because the stage was too small. They played, Red Violins, Wooderson, Senor & the Queen, Our Father sons and finished with State of love and Trust. He admitted he was hoping Eddie joins them for ACL. Here's the link to the main show. https://www.mediafire.com/?qdo1rwmyl6888rk0

That's an awesome pre-show! I didn't make it to any pre-shows, but this one sounds like it was worth it.hamma said:Here's a link to a rip of the audio from the Boston Show. Has anyone that went to the pre-shows got the mp3s that were advertised as included?"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.0

Not yet, I have a feeling we may have to wait for a break in the tour for them to compile them and get them out. It would be great if you got all of them, not just the ones from your individual show. Either way, there will be a lot of cool recordings out there.dustinpardue said:Has anyone that went to the pre-shows got the mp3s that were advertised as included?

Gibson, White Discussion and I all saw Gaslight in Dallas last night. It was a great show. We all thought they sounded great and loved the new songs. Lots of B-Sides were played (She Loves You, Sweet Morphine, Mama's Boys, Have Mercy) which was neat as well. Setlist.fm doesn't have it up, but Gibson got a setlist so maybe he can take a pic of it and upload when he's not busy from traveling the US to see concerts haha.0

Not many bands can get away with playing B-Sides these days. I think it's cool that they break out one or two nearly every show.
I wonder how their ACL show went. I was kind of hoping there would be an Ed sighting on stage w/ them.0 -
Me too. I think it will happen next week. Maybe wishful thinking.ledvedderman said:Not many bands can get away with playing B-Sides these days. I think it's cool that they break out one or two nearly every show.

Ian Perkins did post this incredible pic of Ed climbing the rafters right in front of him.
