Don't you think they would take the Greyhound or hitch as ride with the underground transport by Coyote operated bobtail truck route? How many 'Illegal Aliens' do you think can afford airfare from Dallas/Fort Worth to Chicago O'Hare?
I do a lot of business travel out of LAX and I have NEVER seen any migrant workers in the terminals waiting to catch United Flight 392 to Chicago. Seen plenty at the Bus Depot near that bar in Fullerton, but diddly squat at the airport.

It's not going to happen because the National Border Patrol Council is a Union that represents Agents and support staff and not the actual U.S. Border Patrol which is part of the Customs and Border Patrol, a component of the Department of Homeland Security. If this were indeed, a policy of the TSA... then, Homeland Security would be involved and if Homeland Security is involved, then politicians like Paul would be sounding the alarm.
You can try to back peddle all you want from your original statement, but it is not going to make it sound like anything other than crazy Rush Limbaugh/Sarah Palin unfounded hearsay.
Provide something. If it is a policy, then it has to be distributed to the TSA Agents. Lead me to that path and I will find it.
