Should still be a great time! I looked at Detroit's setlist and, really, he added six songs onto the setlist including both the acoustic and electric set. GOAST were truly excellent, and if given the choice, I'd probably take their set over an acoustic followed by electric Beck set.SVRDhand13 said:Just found this unfortunately: "The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger is expected to be back with Beck when the tour hits the Hammerstein Ballroom on June 30."

Thanks. I've seen them before and they are good. However, I have wanted an acoustic Beck set badly since I first heard Sea Change (which would have been a few months after he stopped touring for that album)benjs said:

Ok, called Hammerstein to find out the scoop...
Sean Lennon (Ghost...) @ 8-8:30
Beck @ 9-10:30
So at least it is only one opening band. And I saw Sean open for someone when he was in the band with his previous girlfriend, so I won't be rushing in to see him again."McCready played on, lending credence to the theory that he was actually built in Stone’s basement from spare truck parts and vinyl records." - Glide Mag. review of MSG 7/8/030 -
Great show last night with a nine song acoustic set! The line outside was so bad. I got in line at 8:20 and then into the venue literally 5 minutes before Beck took the stage.severed hand thirteen2006: Gorge 7/23 2008: Hartford 6/27 Beacon 7/1 2009: Spectrum 10/30-31

I'm leaving to go see the summer stage show right now!
Great show last night. Sorry we couldn't meet up with each other.
What is the deal with the tour poster? I bought one because I buy from shows I've been to.
Anywho, I'm off!0 -

For anyone who is interested, a band called The Portland Cello Project actually recorded the album a while back. It's really good. It will be interesting to hear how different the interpretations are.0 -
