    I get the frustration, but how is all this Nugs's fault exactly? From what I understand, mail from the U.S. to Australia/NZ is quite expensive and commonly 1-2 weeks late due to customs clearance, distance, etc.

    ^^^ it's Nugs fault for using an incompetent shipping agency. I've posted many things NZ-US myself which generally take 4 days. I suspect the packages are sitting on desks for a few days at each step.

    it's a bit suck that we can buy the CD and wait a month to hear it. Why no free download code?

    + they said when I asked them about a download code that people would download the mp3 & then cancel their CD order. I went back & said so make it that if you do the download you can't cancel! DOH!

    Anyway, yay you've got your DP. Hopefully not too long away for mine. Friday was 30 days since I got my shipping notice for the US Lightning Bolt boots so hopefully, maybe here today????

    Got my BDO boot today. BDO boot that I ordered on 27/3/14 & received shipping notification on 28/3/14 but the US Lightning Bolt CD bootlegs I ordered on 6/3 & received shipping confirmation for on 12/3 still have not arrived. Good to have one of them I guess. :-S
