they did it perfectly in '06 for Avocado...
why show people a video stating that they have new enhanced shipping when it does the EXACT OPPOSITE?!?!

I'm in tumwater and the same exact thing happened with mine.

I emailed them and they just said to wait for it to be rerouted.

uh...I live 6 miles from 10c HQ...I still don't have my vinyl either.

I dont want to complain but i bought the LB vinyl from 10club because they advertised it as showing up on release day. I really hope they can make it happen but the vault vinyls make me wonder.

Same here, although I'm kinda glad. It's been pissing rain and I was worried that it would get soaked on the front porch :lol:

Glad someone posted something because I feel the same. I track the package and it says delivery by 10/2 and it is 10/3 with no package. Now it states it is in Buffalo and I probably won't get it until next week. Seriously WTF, if shipping is that messed up charge less and set the expectations lower.

Sorry 10 Club, don't like to complain but this really needs fixed.

It's the same reason why you might have to fly from Los Angeles to Phoenix and wait at Sky Harbor for 90 minutes... to get to San Diego.
Since Pearl Jam does not have it's own shipping and delivery system, they have to depend on how UPS, FedEx or the Postal Service dispatch their packages... just like you and me do.

I can't think of any in stock item I've ever ordered, from any web store that has taken a week to get to me and that's from the ordering date. This has already taken a week and looking like a few more days.

I anticipate a metric shitload of bitching with the delivery of LB records.

Glad to hear these are packed well, b/c all this unnecessary handling is begging for trouble with such a sensitive product.

UPS dispatches out to regional PO's them USPS takes over.

Just looked more into this "mail innovations." Normally domestic mail can take 4-9 business days to process and deliver. So, I wouldn't use the projected date but this time frame instead.

I bought something on EBay from a guy in Riverside, CA. I live in Orange County, CA. It's about 50 miles, one way.
The package, shipped by FedEx, went to the main distribution hub in Bakersfield (probably by rail), then trucked to Cerritos, CA. (a regional distribution facility) to the local office in Lakewood... put on a delivery van to my house. 4 days. At a cost of about $3.89 U.S.
That's just the way it goes. Through distrubution hub to smaller hub to local distributors. It's the same reason why your Delta flights almost always take you to Atlanta... United to Chicago... US Airways to Phoenix. Hubs.
