An awful lot of energy was poured into developing this system that could've been better spent upgrading the server so it wouldn't crash under heavy strain.
Never had any issues with the original system, been able to get tickets since '05. The new system has treated me just fine, got Montana and both my brother and I got our second choice for Oakland. Lottery is cool. Gives everyone a chance. I bet TC loves it though, control is all in their hands.
Like it because it's just more fair for the whole,
but the way to appease the problems is to play more freaking shows, especially in the Northeast. about 4 more shows would have quelled a lot of issues with people not getting any shows.
oh and the separate priorities per leg was kind of dumb. allowed east and west coasters more easy access to the opposite coast tickets.

I think that sums it up. The tours are bigger than anything we've seen since the '09 tour, but still alot smaller than '06, '03, '00, or '98. Combine that with ticketmaster being stingy on fan clubs, and demand is through the roof.
Treating it as two seperate tours didn't help either.
Like. There is no perfect system and this seems about as fair as you can get. One thing to improve is more info on the process. I've seen some people who selected priority poorly because it was tough to understand...
Don't like the Lottery, but I really HATE the GA section. If you want to have a GA section, put it at the BACK of the floor (like lawn seats at a 'shed' show). I like the rows 1 & 2 and 9 & 10 lottery for all, and the rest of the choice seats reserved for the devoted fans who've been around (and paid their dues) the longest. Newbies still get a chance for the front, most of the vets get good seats, and those who like to push, shove, mosh, and invade each other's spaces can still have their own place to do so in the pit behind the vets. I also don't like the fact that the lottery goes on for a WEEK. Gives WAY too many people a chance to enter which decreases the odds for everyone. 2 or 3 days max to get your shit together.

I'm happy to have GA back (at long last), but I dislike the lottery. Something about this new system just feels 'off' to me. One thing the lottery really stressed is why PJ plays the Northeast so often. I was surprised that not many (if any) people won tickets for Buffalo on their 3rd draw. I can understand Brooklyn and Worcester being hard to get but Buffalo? That should have been a safe pick.
I'm betting that many saying "like" are just saying that just to be stubborn and/or had favorable results this time. Many will change their tune after the next lottery burns them, if they are being honest.
Hopefully we ditch the lottery, but if it stays it needs a major overhaul.
Like...Old system I'd never sniff the front of the stage with my 372*** ten club number.

DISLIKE, Even if I got my first choice in Seattle.
Harder to plan trips when you have no real control over the cities you get. I was hoping for Dallas and OKC, only got OKC. Had this been a regular sale, and I did not get through on Dallas, I probably would not have gone for OKC, but rather aimed for another show that has a second closeby.
Plus I hate that it all has to go on one credit card. That's a lot of shows had I won them all on one charge. I like spreading them out on cards, gives me time to pay it off.

This lottery system as is is a strong dislike.

Won both shows yesterday but lost every Wrigley drawing so I've seen both sides.
I got my Calgary tickets but all the nail-biting was too much.
Bring back seniority.

It ain't perfect, but it gives the new and old members a shot at tickets.

2. No taking off work to sit around hitting F5
