    The Hyatt is not an option here, but just thought I'd post this link - today from 11 to 2 Central time Hotels.com is having a 3 hour sale (or so they say), so there's what? And hour left? And there are a lot of Chicago hotels available... be careful though. Some are very far away from the city centre. :)
    Me, I've settled with the Hyatt. I'll only have my eye on better rates advertised there.

    I stayed at the Hyatt last time PJ was in town, it was a a good time. HUGE bar. What are you seeing for prices per night? I Pricelined when I stayed there - got $75/night.

    The prices are sky high right now. $269+ a night. I booked as soon as the Wrigley announcement happened, and booked through the hotel since I wanted to be able to cancel, and it was $165 then, thank god. Pricelining is great, but you can't cancel, and the cheapest rates are last minute, so for a trip like this, I didn't want to go that way.

    I pricelined & got the Hyatt for $75 last time too :ugeek:. Not quite sure how many days I'm staying yet this time. My travel buddy can only stay the 1 night but that won't stop me from being there a few more nights, "depending" what's going on. Phish is "rumored" to be playing 3 nights that same weekend at the Charter One Pavilion, might try to find a ticket or 2 for Saturday night (pm me if your interested in trying for 2 tickets to increase our odds). I'll most likely be flying in Thursday "stand-by" :roll: , no sense taking my chances Friday & rushing around. I'm SURE I'll find something to do with some of the "crazies' on here :mrgreen: . So right now I'll have to wait to find out if I score tickets to the Phish show, then proceed to find a place to stay for a few nights through priceline.

    I signed-up for the Hyatt Visa Card, and once I spend $1,000, I get 2 free nights at a Hyatt. Hopefully I can grab a room in Chicago.

    Apologies, but I'm probably not going to be going to the show at all...

    After getting shut out of the 10C lottery, and losing out again completely in the tickets.com lottery, I have no tickets...

    Decided I'd rather not spend any money at all than search for tickets on the secondary market.. gonna wait for the fall tour and see if I can catch a show or 2....

    I still have a room reserved at the Hyatt Regency, but doubtful I'm going to be making the trip...

    have fun at the show all.
    Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

    What?? No! ... Won't a bunch of people here start having tix available closer to the show?? Or a some reasonably priced purchase from stub hub day of?
