I suppose all this chatter better than some guy saying, "MY BUDDY WHO WORKS WITH THIS GUY'S SISTER, HER HUSBAND'S UNCLE'S STEPSON'S GIRLFRIEND'S DAD WORKS FOR SECURITY AND TOLD ME THEY ARE PLAYING, SO YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE!"

I would prefer a summer show over something in the fall... but might be TOO big of a venue for me to appreciate... I assume the field is GA for concerts there??

good question on field..i think i have seen chairs..could be wrong.

    I prefer summer as well.

They do both. Bruce had a "pit" and seats behind it. I believe McCartney had only seats.

That's because McCartney crowds can't stand anymore. I think PJ would surely have a pit!

Flights from Boston cheap and plentiful flying Friday 9/13 and returning Monday 9/16. Not that this will be a matter of price. I skipped Alpine. I am not skipping this.

Was there an official word on the dates, or are we still just guessing based on the cubs schedule?

I need to know this is not on one of the weekends my girlfriend has committed me to attend people I barely know's wedding.
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Nothing yet on dates -- neither tweet hints or official. It's just people's speculation based on the Cubs' home schedule.

Even if the show falls on that wedding, just bail. As I told rival. earlier ... it's not like it's your wedding.
