I can't imagine either. But gun to my head I'd say they probably have Rachel Nichols camped out on his front lawn, there's a camera on him 24/7 that is shown in a small window at all times on ESPN in one of the upper corners, he's probably being called "the greatest athlete to play any sport ever in the history of the universe", and they've probably given it all some lame ass name like Ray-mania, Raypalooza, Ray-athon, or something similar.

No kidding. Right now I almost hate Shanahan as much as I hate Pete Carroll. Almost. Not quite, since Pete Carroll is the Douchebag King.

my feelings exactly. those two were made for each other. carroll is a dick, shanney is an pussy.
    Fixed. ;)

Congrats to the Colts on a great season. Too bad B.A. got the flu and couldn't call the game.

And too bad that Stabby Lewis had to do a "final ride" to battle Coach Pagano's illiness on the intangible emotion side of the coin.

When it comes down to it, Bolden had a monster game with some back-breaking catches and the Colts couldn't put it in the end zone after some good drives.

At least it saves me the trouble of watching Peyton Manning slaughter the Colts at mile high next week.

    Go Bronc...

    Fuck the Broncos. Go Manning!

It also saves us the unimaginable media insanity that would surround Peyton playing the Colts. The only thing worse would be if the two Manning boys met in the Super Bowl. Which, if it ever happened, would be known as "The Super Bowl where the camera spent more time on Archie and his wife than the actual game".

I'm not a big fan of all the human interest bullshit the sports media is obsessed with these days. Apparently sports is not enough for sports fans anymore, there has to be some human angle or storyline to make it interesting. We have professional wrestling for that.

they're already close to signing Stabby to a multi year studio deal.

yet you're a pariah in baseball if you ever took steroids

Also - as a Seahawks fan, why the hell was RGIII on the field? That injury was tough to see.

I heard somewhere that the doctors didn't clear him to play and Shanahan lied about it. Not good!

I think he's a little hypocritical off the field...but man on the field....he's just a monster. I'd take him on my team any day.

looks like bob griffin is set to miss 6-8 months. shefter says 6 months is the more realistic number. one of the commentors on pft said something about how he hopes this isn't how his 30 for 30 special ends. even non skins fans feel that way too, i think.

and they are leaning towards putting in field turf at fedex field. lost in the bg3 issue is that chris clemmons tore his acl on that field too.

i don't see how green bay can keep lambeau field looking so good during their bad weather up there, but it seems like every east coast team can't figure it out. i'd like to see the eagles go the field turf route too. they should have done that years ago with how that team is constructed--speed, speed, speed.
