It's very easy to see. I am so stoked for the next American century! Driving I have had multiple people (yes, of course one was in a Prius) give me the finger just because I have a MITT sticker on my heavy. Love it. They scared, they mad, they intolerant.
“Have you been watching the Obama campaign lately?” the Republican presidential candidate asked the crowd, including motorcycle enthusiasts in town for the annual ‘Biketoberfest’ event. “They have no agenda for the future, no agenda for America, no agenda for a second term”
“It’s a good thing they won’t have a second term,” Romney continued to applause. “We have big ideas, bold ideas, a strong agenda. We are going to get America working again and that’s why you’re going to help elect the two of us.”

    Woot!
did you put the mitt siticker over your other stickers of donald trump, rick perry, herman cain, michele bachmann, and rick santorum, all of whom you supported before romney, or did you peel all of them off each time you changed your preferences??

I openly point and laugh in the faces of the idiot conservatives who cry about how the mean old "dems blame Bush" and whine that "it's getting tired."

If I run you over in my car and paralyze you, and you come to me four years later in a wheelchair, I will get a big kick out of saying "that was FOUR YEARS AGO and you're STILL blaming me?!"

But we have seen the limited intellect of the types who don't care about how Mitt Romeny changes positions and fucks more people than a bisexual porn star, they don't care that his experience as a business man has been buying successful companies, bankrupting them and outsourcing the jobs to China and keeping hundreds of millions of dollars for himself and they don't care that he has himself angrily insisted that "government can't create jobs."

They like him because his middle name isn't Hussein.

    That is all.

Enjoy your read but can you ever keep an open mind...
silly me for even contemplating that

I think after four years if you haven't forgiven someone you probably never will...
but that analogy is dumb and certainly doesn't fit the responsibility we expect from our
President to fix the problems at hand when they come into office. The 5.5 trillion
add'l debt is one that is tough to sweep under the carpet.

My state will most likely be going red with or without my vote.

This from a person who, in another thread, stated that half of the population was on food stamps....

You still don't get it, do you? Have you even opened the link and looked at the charts (you didn't even have to read the words if you didn't want to)? YOu don't seem to understand/want to understand what 'aid' comprises as it doesn't seem to fit your agenda....

Some of this 'aid' has been paid for during a lifetime of work, just reaping the benefits of such. 'Aid' that people already pay for/have paid for via their taxes, etc. These aren't 'handouts', alms....

As said, this 50% makes great dramatic headlines and most will not see what is behind these. Especially when Romney states this incorrect fact (debunked) and says he couldn't give a shit about these people.

You're not too far from retirement age. When the time comes, are you going to return the money to the governement saying no thank you?
Of course I understand some of the 50% is retirees on social security, it is still government aid.
I do not think that figure is misleading at all and I would like to see it being reduced
not growing larger... how about you?

Who ever gives back free money?
that is truly the problem it's not free and it's not even real money anymore.
I would rather not be apart of the problem
and will take budget cuts necessary to fix this for my children's sake.
    How about you?

Seems I'm not alone after all , they got a cartoon for the still undecided 8-)
too wordy and not very funny though.

Yeah problem is I know I should vote for Romney, I just like Obama is all. :D

perhaps it speaks to how you listen.
Oh no never even thought those voting for Obama are only voting down party lines
that is not common sense, you see perhaps it is how you listen.
I never made that claim it is how you interpret my words.

this is hilarious. Just to prove my own point, I searched your posts, and punched in "blues" and came up with 9 pages. Read several of the posts, and all of them were casting a bad light on them, saying they were hypcritical, intolerant, etc. All blanket statements about the democratic side of the debate.

proof is in the pudding. it's just laughable you claim otherwise. There's no "misinterpretation" here. it's in black and white.

At least 1/2 of the 50% are retirees.

Who ever said it was free? As stated numerous times by a lot of different people, one has paid for this via their taxes. Again, look at those graphs/charts. See who actually receives 'true' aid/benefits/handouts. The 'lazy scroungers' are not the norm. Most households have people in work.

So... you accept you will be part of the problem then... Thought so - who can hand back government money, eh?.

I guess you never took advantage of any tax breaks (mortage? As an employer?). This can be construed as 'aid' as well...

And I'm sure that in your lifetime you, or those close to you, have been 'part of the problem' before....

Cuts? You're talking to me about cuts? You are so quick at reminding me that I do not live in the US.. check out what is happening (and has been happening for a while) in the UK. Then talk to me about accepting cuts. (Note: UK - conservative government - working with cuts, not growth, same scaremongering - just as a US conservative government would work). Though here we still have a national health (with all it's warts), we can still take care of our sick, our disabled, our old. 'The People' do not consider these as 'disposable'. Protests have already made the government make a few about turns and backtrack on certain policies.

Social Security is based on a program based on wages.
Some of the taxes we pay in we will receive back. But it is not real money now,
we are 17 trillion in debt and printing funny money. Why must I explain?
We are in fail mode and can not rely on the government the way Obama
is trying to maintain and grow.

I would like to take care of the US before we end up like Europe.
Good to see cuts are taking place there, that is common sense
because government was never intended to take care of nor provide for it's people.
Government represents it's people, it defends it's people, it educates it's people.
Stop the taxation, stimulate growth by consumer buying, downsize the role of the
    federal government in peoples lives.

No.... as said, the majority of people that receive 'real' aid, have tax payers in their household..... Check the pretty graphs - simple.

The US is already worse than some European countries (and has been for a number of years). Europe is not 'one' - remember that. You might want to brush up on European politics before making sweeping statements.

Note: government does not take care or provide for it's people (the majority). The people provide for themselves by paying taxes to the government =which, in return, the government will use FOR THE PEOPLE.

You really don't understand about 'cuts' with nothing else to support the country. Cuts, less money, less purchasing power, more businesses failing, etc. Though I think this has been explained a number of times in a number of threads.

I'm talking to a brick wall. (Norm!!!!Brick wall emoticon, please!!!!) Not worth my time 'discussing' this with you anymore. 'bye.
