Does anyone know if the issues on the Bluray bonus disks have been sorted out ? Some songs are un-watchable due to some major transfer problems, and for a Bluray thats a bit slack. I'd go again if they are fixed.

As one who bought the original Bluray, I am glad 10c came through with a re-release for others who missed out. Not sure why people who already have it are complaining. It's like anything else, over time things go down in price (except some PJ posters and vinyl). I don't feel slighted I paid $70 a year ago for it. I have enjoyed watching it while others only wished they could see the bonus stuff. Glad 10c re-released it and hope there is plenty to go around.
It was falsely advertised as the last two discs being limited. Hence why I was okay paying 70 dollars for a blu ray. If I knew I had to wait a year and it would be released "standard" at half price with more material and a much better case, I promise you I would have waited. I'm not mad others can own this, I'm mad I overpaid for an inferior version.

I feel like I've been kicked directly in the junk with this one.
A year ago we had the opportunity to buy a 'limited edition' Blu Ray version of this release with 'EXCLUSIVE' bonus features.
NOW... they release the SAME THING... albeit a different case (ooohhh!!!!!!!!!) and they charge $20 less?!??!?!?
I could care less about how much of a collector's edition something is. I spent the extra dough to get the exclusive features.

This is kind of how it goes... you all over paid for a product, and now, a year later, the price is lower so that they will attract a bigger market for a cheaper product. This is done with tons of products. Everything gets cheaper after the demand that justifies outrageous prices wanes (which is controlled completely by eagerness). And for "limited edition"? ... you got it - they repackaged son that you've still got it. They are using basic marketing principles here. And it's why I always wait when something in high demand goes on the market. Phones, gaming consoles, DVDs and blue rays, CDs, books.... the price always goes down. But you didn't pay more for no reason whatsoever. You paid more for getting it fast, right away, and have been enjoying it for a whole year while we were without. That's why everyone is willing to line up and pay tons for anticipated shit on the day it's released. And now half of you are going to buy one of these as well because it seems like a deal (really the first one was just a rip off), and because it's got a different size case. And they make more money, which is the whole point when it comes to Merch, of course (as well as letting very one enjoy the product).

I remember when play stations dropped prices by half about 2 years after release. I don't remember everyone with a PlayStation for those 2 years complaining about how they paid $200 more for them.... sony wanted to encourage the rest of the market who hadn't bought them yet to buy them, and by that time, they couldn't justify such a high price for old news anyway.... don't you figure PJ is going ton charge what they think they can get for shit? They could get $60 out of people last year. Not too many people would pay the same for that now, so they lowered the price. Makes sense.

10c/PJ just don't learn do they? "Limited quantities"??!? Again? I seriously don't understand that, especially when the dvd & blu-ray won't ship til mid November. Just make them 'made to order' 10c. Then everyone is happy. I just hope everyone who missed out last year and signed the petition gets one. not everything this band releases has to be made limited, exclusive and turned into a collectors item by people who call themselves "fans". if you have the original release then congrats, but it doesn't make you a unique snowflake.

I was wondering about that...still only own a dvd player, and don't plan to upgrade soon, but I got a bit paranoid thinking how I won't be able to watch this once the dvd has finally disappeared. Then I remembered that I still have a vcr that is working as well, so I'll stay oldschool.
